The Pan-African Student Congress is a global initiative lead by a coalition of student organizations, universities, and student leaders toward the creation of a global collegiate student congress.

In 2021 PASC made a call for all Black college organizations in the world. The vision of PASC is to create a body that would host all the Black Collegiate student organizations in the world toward coordinated and strategic engagement with our institutions of higher learning globally.
