Wanjiku Chebet Kanjumba is an Aerospace Engineer, co-founder and CEO of Vicillion, a technology research and development firm, and the first Kenyan-born Project PoSSUM Scientist-Astronaut Candidate Program Graduate. She has a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering - Concentration in Dynamics and Control, a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering - Concentration in Astronautics, and a Minor in Spaceflight Operations. She has experience working as an Aerospace Controls Engineer, Maintenance and Aircraft Performance Engineer for an airline company, and under the Flight Operations department in a drone company (where she gained her Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) remote (drone) pilot license)
